Copies of estimated expenditure had been prepared by the clerk for the coming financial year, and circulated amongst members for discussion.

3.  The clerk had received documentation from Society of Local Council Clerks regarding National Sarlary Award, National Agreement on Salaries and Conditions of Service together with a model contract of employment.  As the documentation was quite extensive, the clerk will advise members at a later date.
