2. I dderbyn ymddiheuriadau am absenoldeb. To receive apologies for absence.

3. I dderbyn cofnodion y Cyfarfod Blynyddol diwethaf.  To confirm the minutes of the 2017 Annual General Meeting.

4.  I dderbyn chymeradwyo adroddiad  cyfrifon am To receive and approve the statement of  2017 / 2018. Adolygu’r asesiad risg accounts for 2017 / 2018. Review of Risk Assessment.

5.  I drafod uno aelodaeth  am 2018 / 2019. To discuss membership affiliation for 2018/ 2019.

6.  Cymeradwyo’r archwilydd mewnol ar gyfer 2018/19 To approve internal auditor for 2018/2019

7.  I benodi: Cadeirydd / Is-gadeirydd am y flwyddyn To appoint: Chairman and Vice-chairman for the year 2018 / 2019.

     Cynrychiolwyr amrywiol feusydd am 2018 / 2019.          Representatives for various organisations for the year 2018 / 2019.
