4.  I dderbyn chymeradwyo adroddiad  cyfrifon am To receive and approve the statement of

    2014 / 2015.              accounts for 2014 / 2015.

5.  I drafod uno aelodaeth  am  2015 / 2016.                              To discuss membership affiliation for        2015/ 2016.

6.  I benodi: Cadeirydd / Is-gadeirydd am y flwyddyn To appoint: Chairman and Vice-

     2015 / 2016. chairman for the year 2015 / 2016.

     Cynrychiolwyr amrywiol feusydd am 2015 / 2016.          Representatives for various organisations for the year 2015 / 2016.
